We read a few newspaper articles in my Japanese Society class today. One of them began thusly:
TOKYO - On the wedding day of Crown Prince Naruhito and Princess Masako in June 1993, a trained monkey named Tsurusuke peered into a crystal ball before a television audience of millions and predicted that the couple would bear three children, the first a girl.This is what it's all about, people. Monkeys that can see through time! There would be no end to what we could do with servants such as they!
