Prognosticating Primate

We read a few newspaper articles in my Japanese Society class today. One of them began thusly:

TOKYO - On the wedding day of Crown Prince Naruhito and Princess Masako in June 1993, a trained monkey named Tsurusuke peered into a crystal ball before a television audience of millions and predicted that the couple would bear three children, the first a girl.
This is what it's all about, people. Monkeys that can see through time! There would be no end to what we could do with servants such as they!

Erik (not the roommate):

Servants!? Are you kidding? These omnicient monkeys could DESTROY us! We've got to stop them!

Bekah:

Well....did they actually have three children, the first being a girl?

Jason:

They've only had one child thus far. But it was a girl!

Dun Dun Duuuun!

Brian:

Ball shmall - I want my monkeyman!!!!

Bekah:

More importantly, what exactly does "Tsurusuke" mean?

Jason:

Not a clue. I've tried my textbook and my Japanese-English dictionary, but it's not showing up.
