I seem to have pinched a nerve or something in my left knee. My entire lower leg hurts mightily every night starting around 9 or so and doesn't stop until I wake up the next morning. Too heavy and impact on the ball of my left foot during this time makes me howl.
I'm vaguely considering seeing someone about this.
But I probably won't.

Um...yes. You should see someone about that. Either that or you should just cut to the chase and get a peg leg.
Hi diddly dee! A pirate's life for me!

I concur with Marc. It could be contagious. ANd I don't want to catch it when I come out in December.
But...errr..yes. It sounds bad. Go see someone. You probably DID just pull or pinch something, though.

I appreciate your concern, both of you. We'll see how it goes over the next few days; University med. centers are not exactly reknowned as effective places to visit.
The Bard: You're going where in December?

Chronic leg pains while reclining can be extremely bad. Once or twice after excessive strain or damage, fine, but no more. If it has not cleared up by the time you read this I order you to see someone.

Yes, get it looked at. Don't put it off, don't wait and hope it'll fix itself. Having someone qualified in the medical field look at it will at least make sure you have a leg in six months.
Do this, because if you don't, I'll continually being leaving you messages EVERYWHERE until you do.
Oh, btw, do me a favor and change your link for me to my new blog. LJ lost it's appeal a few days ago and I'm moving on to bigger and better things.

As someone who hates to see anything remotely medical related I have to concurr.
So people you have to organize a raid to Jason's home to drag him to see a doctor.....
the other only alternative I know that works would be to get him a Girlfriend who encourages him like only girlfriends can, to go see one.

I'm flattered that everyone's so concerned, but my leg didn't cause me any pain at all last night. We'll see if that holds true again tonight and in the future, but I seem to be on the mend.
The Bard - I hope you're in the Left Coast while I am and not while I'm back on the East.
Gus - That thing looks great, though I don't think I'd be able to bring myself to pull the pin.
