You have much better hair. Look on the bright side, at least there is no ski-off, or race-off or some other kind of stupid competition so prevalent in the 80's movies. Or being locked in a Target with Jennifer Connelly. Ok, well that one you might have liked.

My friend Aaron got suspended from school for having a copy of Pretty in Pink in his backpack. They thought it was porn.
Plus, I think he may have had some porn with him at the time. Or maybe explosives. He was that kind of guy. He's in the army now.
