No.
Ok, technically, Dodger, the trained pickpocket monkey from Monkey Trouble (1994), will steal for you.
And of course Mojo Jojo will steal many things, but not for you, only for him, for his own possession, to add to his collection, and make into his property.

That is, he will take things that do not belong to him, things that belong to other people, people who are not Mojo Jojo, and are therefore the true owners of the things that Mojo Jojo does not own.

Firstly, not sticking purely to monkeys, which is fine. But with that in mind:
They mention winged monkeys from Oz, but they don't mention Chistery by name? Bah!
And where, oh where is Chim Chim from Speed Racer???
Suzanne from Mallrats?
Since Gorillas are okay:
Grape Ape? King Kong? Donkey Kong?
What's going on?

I just realized that Alladin's monkey, Abu, tops the list of cartoon monkeys. Being a professional thief I figure that he would most definitely steal for me.
But The Ogre's right; that list is woefully underpopulated for what it claims to be. Maybe I'll fix it up a bit, if I have time later...

Ogre, Chistery wasn't in the Oz books. The winged monkeys did not like the Witch and only served her because she possessed the enchanted cap that enslaved them and gave her power over them. They never mentioned any of their names in the books that I can remember, but in the movie they named the captain of the winged monkeys Nikko for no apparent reason.
So, Chistery would have to have a separate listing as being from Wicked, not the Oz books.
Curious George is cool. I had forgotten about Herr Nilsson, and that creepy and vicious baboon from "The Adventure of the Speckled Band". I'm glad that Monkey from "Dexter's Lab" made it on the list. Suzanne should be there too, even though she's an orangutan.
