Comments weren't working quite right for a while, which kept me from blogging. I mean, what's the point of entries without the possibility of feedback? Anyway, that's mostly fixed now. Please comment freely. I'm working on hooking TypeKey up to the blog, so my commenters can become Trusted and get their posts fast-tracked, but until then everyone will have their comments subject to delay, pending my Authentication. Not that big a deal, really.
I'm still working on changing the layout of the new blog - particularly into adding all of the old links and things. If anyone has any templates to share, I'm open to recommendations. Also, I'm still trying to get all of the old blog's entries uploaded. Hopefully, that won't be too much longer.
Actual content will follow presently.

Does Movable Type have a user community that would provide a variety of templates/skins for the software? I know that b2evolution has a bunch.

It does, yeah. My excellent blog host, Bettina, pointed me to one last night, but I was a little too tired to look it over. I'll take care of that tonight and then we'll be good.
Wish I could get TypeKey to work, though. Not that I expect anyone else to sign up for it, but at the very least it'd be nice to not have to go and Approve my comments on my own blog.

Praytell, what is TypeKey? Is it a community function?

TypeKey (which I just got working; yay!) is a comment authentication tool. You sign up for an account (at typekey.com), for free, and keep yourself signed in as a TypeKey user. That done, my blog (and any others that use TypeKey) will recognize you as a TypeKey account holder, and I can set it to not filter/require authentication on your comments.
It's a way for me to be able to say "yup, I know that guy - he's cool, so go ahead and put his comments right through." Very useful for blocking junk comments, in other words.
